Massage
I have over 20 years experience as a massage therapist. I initially completed my massage training in London in 1998. I have since continued to develop my skills through travelling, studying and work. I went on to complete a 3 year degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 1998, which is now where my main focus lies. However, I still takes great joy and pride in my massages.
Over the years I have spend extensive periods abroad, mainly India, where I have devoted herself to further studies in Thai and Auyruvedic massage styles.
My unique massage skills draws on my varied training and has lead to a deep, fluent and powerful massage style which combines Chinese meridian systems with Thai and Auyruvedic influences. For more specific problems I often incorporates cupping and moxibustion (or acupuncture) into my treatments, all depending on the individuals need and wishes.
